SHIPPING
I use USPS to ship all orders that are not local to Brandon, Florida. After your order has been placed, I will ship your piece within 48 hours unless you are notified that your selection is a back order or one that is being customized per your request. You may combine as many items you would like without incurring any extra shipping fees. I cannot be not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by USPS, but I assure you that I package your order as concisely and as protected as possible. If you live near Brandon, Florida, we can discuss the most convenient and economical way for you to acquire your purchase.
RETURNS
Satisfaction is guaranteed when you purchase from Creative Beads by Ellie.com. If you are unsatisfied, all items EXCEPT special sale items, can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. Simply call or email Ellie, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
WARRANTY
All designs purchased from www.creativebeadsbyellie.com have a 90 day warranty included. Ellie will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 90 days of purchase. After your warranty expires, repairs and or replacements are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. There is a turn-around time of 4-6 weeks for repairs/replacements. Please note that one of a kind pendants or stones can be very difficult to find again and sometimes it may be impossible to replace. Please make sure to save all of the beads from your broken jewelry due to that and realize that if you do not have all the beads, it is possible that it might be impossible to fix.
